Kathleen Turaski, Principal

Kathleen Turaski has 13 years of experience developing brand identities for organizations, then building those brands through effective design for web, print and environment.  As senior designer and, later, creative director for marcomm company POV, Kathleen consulted with companies large and small on how to present themselves in a more compelling way.

Kathleen also worked for several years at Wise Marketing & Design, where she produced graphic design for print and Internet, including comprehensive design for several Georgia-Pacific brands. She served for three years on the board of directors of the Atlanta chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), holding leadership positions in both programming and promotions.

Kathleen has taught web design, typography, branding and design history at the Creative Circus, an Atlanta design school. She was also a visiting professional for the Ligature weekend at the University of Florida in 2002. Her experience in design and printing traces back 17 years, to when she began working in her family's full-service print shop in Vinings, Ga.

Kathleen holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from the University of Georgia and a master's degree in communication design from Central St. Martin's College of Art and Design in London.
